Our JROTC Instructor team contributes more than 44 years of combined military, academic, and global leadership expertise to this program and corps of cadets.  They are excited and passionate about mentoring the future leaders of this nation and world.

Maj Marlon Ayers,
USAF, (Ret.)

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana with a combined 22 years of enlisted and officer experience in the United States Army and the United States Air Force. He has served as an educator for a combined 11 years at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, teaching regular education and special education students.

Chief Rodney Deese,
USAF, (Ret.)

A native of Columbus, Georgia with 20 years of enlisted experience in the United States Air Force. In addition to pursuing his Doctorate in Leadership, he holds several advanced degrees providing a wide range of cross utilization:  Masters of Business Administration from Auburn University, Masters of Education from Liberty University, Masters of Leadership and Management also from Liberty University, and Bachelors of Arts degree in Business from Liberty University.
